i trying to unlock my phone and buyed one credit to check that dcunlocker can detect correctly before i buyed more for unlocking.

i finally got detect after reinstall the driver many times, but now i get this error.

when i do google for the error message i find taht winpcap installation can be a problem?

also from google i find out that huawei u8150 from virgin australia also need extra subnetwork unlock code? will dc-unlocker provide it?

Uninstall wireshark software or do not use it at same time when use dc-unlocker. Or will be blocked again.

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

Can you write your username that you bought credits for? I will check what could be wrong then.

Here is no block on your username and our servers are working fine.
Please write your IP address that you are using to connect. Maybe server is blocking your IP.

Also, check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.
