I only signed up today but failed at the first hurdle. I did have WinPcap installed but took it off before I even registered, so I don't know what's happening. Username: hardylane

Here is no block on your username and our servers are working fine.Originally posted by hardylane View PostI only signed up today but failed at the first hurdle. I did have WinPcap installed but took it off before I even registered, so I don't know what's happening. Username: hardylane
Write me your IP address, maybe server is blocking your IP.
Also, please check this (it is very important):
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

Well, WinPcap driver npf.sys was detected.Originally posted by hardylane View PostYup, turned off firewall and other services.... IP is 80.1.186.148
Weird.
Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

It is uninstalled.
(I think I installed it ages ago to capture video from somewhere)
I'm a new customer.
If some orphaned system file causes this block to be reinstated, it's not my fault, OK?
Wow... you guys are strict!
