(error code 62) Please solve my problem.

Hai Sir!I am facing a problem when I was unlocking any modems in DC Unlocker Software.I was using latest version.But every time it was shown (error code 62) Error connecting to server !Why this problem occurs?Is there any server side problem?I was also try to deactivate my anti virus also.But problem is same.My Dongle ID is 09A7565F.Please kindly solve my problem as early as possible.Thank you.

Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.

I think you are mistaken.I don't have JTAG Softwares.Then why it was blocked?

It was detected again. Riff box can cause this.

Trust me Sir.I did not have Riff Box or other Jtag Boxes.I did not use any JTAG Softwares.

If server detected it means it was. Maybe there were any processes left or any other unlock box used it.
