Error connecting to server (Plz solve my problem)

i am trying to unlock my huawei pocket wifi 2 (585u-82. when i connect this and try to login in DC -unlocker 2 client software the message comes up "Error connecting to server". could u please help me to solve this problem

Could you write your username that you have received after credits purchase? Then I would be able to check, why do you receive this error.

Here is no block on your username and servers are working fine.
Write your IP address, maybe server is blocking your IP.

Also, it might be that the problem is from your side, so please check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.
