no firewall complaints but i even after added an exception, no change

surfing to this forum using wifi/adsl so netconnectivity is there

scratch that request... smells like your server doesn't like my ISP

did a bluetooth tethering to iPhone and used its 3G connection instead... got:-

pretty sure last time i used dcunlocker was thru same ISP too

Your IP address was blocked because of Phone System Analysis.

Do not use Phone System Analysis (or PSAS) together with DC-Unlocker. If software will detect Phone System Analysis running at the same time with DC-Unlocker, then you will be automatically blocked again. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.
