Hi,

there is always an incomprehensible message:

please uninstall all monitoring software.

but there is no software installed. Firewall is off, what do I do with this thing I get to run?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
