Trying to Unlock e586

Hi,

I'm trying to unlock an E586, but I keep getting the following message:

Unlocking, please wait ... 



Error connecting to server !

(error code 62)

Error connecting to server !

I am online without using the device and have internet access to other sites.

Any help would be much appreciated. My username is wildmanmatt

Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet connection at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
Also, it may be that router is overtaking the connection. Try to disable it from control panel or device manager.
