for some reason our company firewall seems to block the programm. I now tried via mobile, and it worked!

Check the internet connection.

If you receive this error you should check, if you have internet connection, have username and password that you received after you bought credits, check if firewall or other software is not blocking the conenction.
You can try to use other type internet connection or other computer. If that doesn help, write me a private message with your username and I will check what may be wrong more.
