Huawei R201 Not working- have paid for credit

Hi,

I have a vodafone r201 wifi modem. Although it has been listed as a free unlock I have paid for credit for a username. I have the 1.00.0664 software on my laptop with the modem with a vodafone sim card connected via USB port and switched on.

The Com ports are on 7.

The software cannot auto detect my dongle, so I select Huawei R201 from the drop down list.

Under 'Unlocking' the icon is grayed out so I cannot select the unlock padlock icon. Again, I'm logged in but it is not working.

Can someone please help?

So, I logged out and logged back in and clicked auto detect, and I got the message posted below. Does this means its unlocked now?...

First of all, free unlimited is only for Vygis/Rocker/DC-Unlocker dongle users.

Is there other providers SIM card inserted in the modem at the detection time?
If no, please insert other providers SIM card and try again to detect.
If there is other providers SIM card inserted, then it means modem is already unlocked or was not locked at all.

My mistkake about the price. I did pay for it though in the end.

And yes, it is now unlocked because I've put in another networks sim card and it works!!!

I don't even need the unbranded software you supply because it still works with the previous networks manager already installed on my laptop.
