error connecting to server

I am having trouble connecting to the server with user name and passwd

Got a message "Error Connecting to Server !"

I also got a error message "DETECTED MONITORING SOFTWARE!!!" then the software shutdown when trying to activate voice

need help thanks

btw, is there a way the change passwd? kind of hard to remember the default one send by email

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Could you write your username that you received after credits purchase?
Then I would be able to check, why you can not connect.
