          Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you received after credits purchase.

              No blocks on your dongle, you should check adapter bindings on computer, if settings them correctly does not help, then provide ip address from which you try to connect, maybe it is blocked.
