Error connecting to server !

hi when i try to connect to the server it give's me "Error connecting to server!" .
can you kindly help me with this matter.

Could you write your username that you received after credits purchase?
Then I would be able to check.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
