I cannot unlock my phone, first, it show me a message saying that a monitor software was installer, i have uninstalled some of my programas (av, download studio, firewall, etc.) but now the program only shows "Error connecting to server"
Also had the same "Access Denied" Error until I installed winpcap. Now am getting "Error connecting to server"

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
