Hi I had a problem with my account because I didn't understand which program was "monitoring" and gave me the Warning and its the first time I use this service so I didn't know that my account was blocked if I tried too many times :/ So I send a mail to http://www.unlocked-dongle.co.uk/ as you can see bellow and they told me about Winpcap (which was the problem). They told me to speak to somebody online but nobody was online so I thought I could post it here. Can you please unblock my account (Username: kis1202) so I can enjoy my modem

Im trying to unlock this modem.. but the first like 10 times I tried I got the Warning saying that a monitoring program was installed.. so I uninstalled almost everything on this PC (including the Mobile Broadband software and just installed the drivers manually ,, but it still said that I had a monitoring program installed.. so I tried to disable my antivirus program and windows firewall and restarted the PC, but after that it says:
Error connecting to server !

Unlocking, please wait ...
Error connecting to server !
(error code 62)
Error connecting to server !
What do I do wrong? before when I got the "monitoring messege" It said that the connection to the server worked.. but now it just fails
