That explanation is for the dongle user.If you are a normal user,you need 15 credits for both methods. (IMEI unlock or Direct unlock)

Please check the drivers.Go to the device manager and check the modem and the com port.

Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software and the modems connection software is closed.
