Could you write your username that you have received after credits purchase or dongle serial number? Then I would be able to check, why do you receive this error.

Do not use jtag when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Next time there may be permanent block if you continue using.
Now have unblocked and you should be able to use dc-unlocker.
