    just purchased credit.. ive had the email with my username and password.

    this is what im getting..

    Error connecting to server !

        Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

            If you have already uninstalled it (removed npf.sys), then you should be able to connect now without problems.
