Hi,I have a dc unlocking dongle,been using it for about 3 months,just went to use it again and it shows no sign of life! the green light doesnt come on and when plugged in i just get the msg usb device not recognised.Have tried it in another computer with the same result.Have lots of credits to use,anyone had a similar problem or know how I can at least use my credits in the meantime?

You need to contact your reseller and he should change dongle to new one if he has. Then inform me the serial number of new dongle and I will transfer credits from the old dongle to the new one.
If the reseller does not have dongles at the moment the problem can be solved in these ways:
1. You send us not working dongle and we send you the new one free of charge by air post.
2. If you do not want to send us the not working dongle, then you pay 35 USD to us and we will send you the new dongle by air post.
If you need the dongle quickly, then need to pay additional for the shipping.
