Error connecting to server !

When I try connecting with user ulu2800a I get this message:

Error connecting to server !

I have 1 credit, and before getting this error I got twice the message instructing to disable monitoring software, until I realized it might have to do with WinPcap and I uninstalled it... too late.
Can you please unblock my account?
I also suggest that you insert this message in the on-screen instructions in the application. I see that many had this problem (initially I thought that by monitoring you meant the firewall)

You are right, you were blocked because of WinPcap.
Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again.

Now you are unblocked.
