    I am a dongle user now i am getting this message can you help me why, and now i am not able to unlock any modems for this problem, i tried to unlock on another computer but same message occored pls help me it is fast

      Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

        sir same error is coming again i have seen on my computer net work scanner, but no net work scanner is installed and i did not see winpcap driver npf.sys any where in my system when i searched for it no results have been found, and now same problem occorred please help me, i am not well in computers please give me easy instructions which i can follow, i will never violate any rules but i don't know what i do please help me!....

          Same reason again. Please read and do what is in my previous message.
          If server will detect npf.sys one more time, you may be blocked without possibility to unlock.
          Please check, or use fresh computer.
