I bought 7 credits.

I am not able to unlock.
I get this error:

Here is no block on your username.
It means the problem is from your side.
Please use latest DC-Unlocker version (0805), and check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.
