  • Error Connecting to Server

    Hi there,

I downloaded and opened DC-Unlocker for the first time in years today, from the Windows partition on my MacBook which is hardly used :-)

Upon detecting my dongle and then clicking 'unlock' I got the monitoring software warning popup. Confused, I opened the app and got the same popup.

After googling, I realised I had to uninstall some softawre - but I wans't sure what. Uninstalled antivirus - same warning. Uninstalled firewall, same warning. Then realised I did indeed have the Winpcap drivers installed. Removed them and I didn't get the error anymore.

But now it can't connect to server when I try and check my login. I tried my old account from way back when (BeauGiles), and then created a new account to try with credits. Still no luck. (beau_giles)

I now fear I have been blocked - either my usernames or my modem itself.

Could someone please look into this? I hope this can be rectified soon.

    Many thanks in advance,
    Cheers,
    Beau

I could not find any blocks on BeauGiles nor on beau_giles accounts.
Could you write your IP address that you were using to connect?
Maybe server is blocking your IP.
