Hi, my userid is mobydick. I tried to unlock a Huawei e353 operator-3ITA-locked.
This device is correctly auto-detected by DC-Unlocker 2 1.00.0805, but when I click on "check login" and I enter User name and password, the answer is "error connecting to server". My account is enough in order to pay the desired operation.

Here is no block on your username. Can you write me your IP address? Maybe server is blocking your IP address.

Also, check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

At the moment my ip is 2.227.107.13 . I tried to disactivate the firewall (Windows7), but no difference.

News! I tried to connect to Internet via other method (with internet key and not with my adsl), and now dc-unlocker reply to me "access denied"

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
