Error Connecting to Server

I tried twice to use the DC unlocker software.
However it failed twice complaining about monitoring software.

After googling this, I discovered that wireshark is the culprit and uninstalled it.
However now my account is no longer authenticating.

Can you please allow me to authenticate again?

I've just uninstalled it, but i think my account is locked.

Same for both accounts:
Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
