You are wrong, our servers are online and working fine without problems. Seems the problem will be from your side. Please write your dongle ID and we will check what could be wrong.

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
