    Hi supporters,


    Untill yesterday I didnt had any problems with DC-Unlocker..

    Today I got message that dc-unlocker detected monitoring software..

    I closed and I tried on different PC but now I get "Error in connecting to server"

    Can you check my status and unblock if it is possible..

    My dongle id: 00015A8D


    Additionally, how can I solve this problem with monitoring software in order not to be blocked again?

    Using monitoring, sniffing, scanning, sharing or disassembling software is forbidden.
    You were blocked, because there was sniffing software detected on your computer. More details about it I sent to you by private message. Please check, clean your computer and let us know when you did. Then we can unblock you.

      I have the same exact problem! I just downloaded the dc unlocker software, then I registered as a new user and bought the enough amount of credits to perform an operation. But when trying to log in I receive the "error connecting server" message!
      I hope you can help me out with this issue beacause I can't unlock my phone and I don't see my money coming back because of that.

      My ID is hynopio and mi IP adress is 189.132.216.16

      Also, if your answer is that I have to unistall network scanner, PLEASE, explain it step by step, because I haven't figured out yet how to do it and as far as I know I have never installed such kind of software or drivers on my computer.

        Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you received after credits purchase.

          hi, I have received "detected monitoring software" error, then removed netpcap from my system, but now i receive "error connectiong to server!" error. Was I blocked? if so, could you pleas unblock me? my username is "prowlergreg"

            Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

                Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

                  I removed the npf.sys file but the problem remains, I cant find WinPcap on my computer, what can I do? What about npfs.sys? It is still in my windows/system32/drivers directory, do I have to remove that one too?

                    Now here are no blocks from our side and all servers are working.
                    You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet connection at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
                    Do not need to delete npfs.sys.
