For unlocking this modem free you need to have dc unlocker dongle. It is a special hardware to dc unlocker software. If you have not got dc unlocker dongle, then you need to buy credits.

After buying credits you will receive username and password for dc unlocker software. Enter them to dc unlocker software, prtess check login, then detect, then unlock. More about unlocking you can watch here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials
After unlock you will be able to use any provider sim card in your modem.

"Error connecting to server" message

Hi there

I too am having trouble getting this working. I am definitely connected to the internet, and have tried on 2 separate computers, but cannot get past the Error 62 message when I try to check login on the server tab. I have purchased credits (15) but cannot move on. Please help!

Hello,

When trying to login to the server, do you have an active internet connection.
You cannot use the modem you are trying to unlock as the internet connection.
Make sure the modems software/dashboard is not running in the background.

Then run the DC-Unlocker client.

Thanks for replying Gaz. I have the modem plugged in, but am getting my internet connection from a different source. Still the problem persists...

Could you check, if you receive same error when you press check login? What error do you receive if you enter any username and any password? Could you check it , write me the result and username you tried to use?
