And as you can see my credits have also been taken.
My firewall is open to the program and i am not running any type of network scanner so can you please help me with my problem thanks

Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
Also, be sure that you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
Maybe you use same modem for connection that you use for unlock? This may be the problem also.
You can unlock same modem again with 0 credits. Unlcking same device again does not require credits.

Had to use my laptop running on another dongle to unlock successfully.
Obviously didn't like my network.
