Here is no block and our servers are working fine without problems.
If you still have a problem, please write your IP address that you are using to connect. Then we will be able to check more.
Also, please check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

I have tried 2 different PCs, one on XP and the other on Win7. Neither work.

All firewall and anti-virus software turned off.

My IP address is 79.97.198.99.

Wrong username or password was entered too many times so you were blocked.
Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

Copy-paste your password to avoid mismatch.

Yes, my username and password may have been entered incorrectly many times. I was doing this to try and see if the problem was on my computer or at your end.

Anyway I tried it on a third computer with a different internet connection and it worked. Its possible that my ISP was causing the problem.
