Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.

Please avoid using JTAG together with DC-Unlocker, because this was the second time that I unblocked you and if it will be detected again, I might not be able to unblock you again.
