    hi i have purchased the 15 credits, i have followed the instructions on the top video on how to do the unlock, yet i get this each time

    Could you try again now?
    Also, check if router is not overtaking the connection. Try to disable its network adapter from control panel and try unlocking again then.

      hi
      i already have the wireless dongle adaptor disabled. and it is still failing to unlock, same error code.

        Go to Network Connections of your computer. Find your router there.
        Right click> Properties > Internet (TCP/IP) > Properties.
        IP address: 192.168.2.1
        Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
        OK>OK.

        Then try again to unlock.

          i dont have a Internet (tcp/ip) option

          i have a tab that says netwotking,
          install, uninstall. configure

          and a tab that says sharing.

            In "Networking" tab.

              the only options i have in the networking tab are

              install, uninstall. configure

              i am running windows 7, if this is of any help. if it isnt sorted out soon i will be claiming my money back through paypal, and will go to 3 directly.
