I understand that thereīs a limit to how often you can log in and then you will be locked out, but isnīt it time to increase the limit? Anyway, I want help to be unlocked.

You are wrong. There is no limited times to log in to DC-Unlocker software.
If you do not follow the rules what is not allowed ( http://www.dc-unlocker.com/user_agreement "Account block" paragraph ), then you get automatically blocked.
Now you are blocked for WinPcap. If there wouldnt be such software on your computer- you would be able to connect without problems.
Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again.
Now you are unblocked.

Phone successfully unlocked !

I have no idea what that was installed along with driver and software and what the scanner has to function. Hope it was not something I need. Anyway, now the phone is unlocked. 93 SEK. I am so pleased. I'm sure I'll be back when it's time for the next phone. Credit = 0 Thanks from me.
