Dear supporter i have just downloaded new client version 0879 then install it ,,,after instalation when i check my status ,,,i just shocked that my more then 25 credits has gone ,, before instalation new version it was 45 credits and after instalaing new exe ,,,its showing only 15 credits ? I need an urgunt reply from support why my so many credits has substract from my total ?

I have actrivated this client exe on my VYGIS BOX .

030D848BF1 - this dongle NEVER had more credits. It even has no dc-unlocker activation. There are only 15 trial credits on it.

sir before 8 months ago when i purchase an activation on VYGIS box ,,, they give me 50 credits ,,, in which i used 5 credits ,, and know remain was 45 credits left ,,, on that time ( I HAVE JUST CHECKED ) my USER NAME was 00008B35 and and credits was 50 ,,,know i strange to note that my USER name has change ,,,, i dont know what is going on ,,, and showing my credits 15 only , plz kindly look into this matter ,,,,, i have state all things in breief .,,,,waiting for your kind reply ,,,,,,

One thing plz u note that ,,, i am still using my same VYGIS device with same serial No ,,, means 00008B35,,,, and when i clicking LOGIN ,,, just to check my status ,,, why server showing my WRONG USER NO with WROND CREDITS ?

Oh my god ,,,,, i understand all things ,,,, actualy what is going to happen ,,,is,,,, my INFINITY BEST IS ALSO CONNECTED at same tim e on my PC ,,,, so when i was opening first time DC UNLOCKER EXE ,,, it was recognising my INFINITY BEST ,,,, not my VYGIS ,,,, and know i have disconnect my INFINITY BEST and the connect my VYGIS BOX ,,,,,, know it showing my perfect USERNAME alongwith my CORRECT credits means 44 credits ,,,,,, once againg i extremly sorry for this confusions ,,,, thanks alot for your kind reply from manager support. Know every thing is OK.

Yes, we added support for infinity in last version.
