Error connecting

I´m trying to unlock a Huawei U8650. At the beginning I got a message of software monitoring but I don´t have any (I already disconnet my anti-virus, firewall...). And now I´m getting error connecting I don´t know if i´m blocked...

Could you help me please. My Ip is 85.59.203.204.

I use Windows XP and I think I cannot have any program app install than can monitoring, do you have any suggestion? Can be the internet router?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
