Unlocking without internet connection possible?

I have an Option 225 stick, which is recognized by DC-Unlock only when the connection management software is closed, and thus the connection itself terminated. I purchased the credits, and when trying to unlock, DC-Unlock tries to access the web, which is of course impossible, since that has been terminated in order for the software to recognize the stick. How am I expected to complete the unlocking procedure?

Yes you must have internet connection to complete the unlocking process.And also you can't use the same modem to connect to the internet.Please use ADSL or wifi connection to connect to the internet when you are unlocking the modem.
