You get this error because wrong username or password was entered too many times and you were blocked.
Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

No, password for DC-Unlocker software is generated automatically by system and sent to your email address after payment is completed.
Please check your email address for correct password. Check also spam box, junkmail, our letter sometimes goes there.
