When I try to generate a firmware code by IMEI I get the message:

Is it possible that my user is blocked somehow?

How should I proceed?

Wrong username or password was entered too many times so you were blocked.

Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

Make sure you enter correct password that you received to your email address after credits purchase.
