Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.

Here is no block and all servers are working now.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer
Try to restart dc-unlocker and connect again. Maybe server had problems at time when you were trying to connect.
