Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.

You get this error because you entered wrong username/password for too many times.
You do not need to enter no username or password if you have dongle.
Just connect dongle to computer, launch DC-Unlocker, go to Server tab, click "Check login".
You will be logged in as a dongle user.

Please write your dongle ID and we will be able to check more what could be wrong.
You can see dongle ID in bottom left corner in DC-Unlocker software when Infinity box is connected.

Here is not block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
Also, try restarting dc-unlocker and connecting again.

Tried on another PC, same problem, I have added the program exceptions on my firewall but still same problem.

You wrote you have Infinity dongle. Maybe there is a block on your Infinity box. Could you write your Infinity dongle ID?
Also, please write your IP address that you are using to connect. Maybe server is blocking your IP.

I've tried it with Vygis at my friends shop and it works fine there.

He is using windows xp.

Write your dongle serial number and we will be able to check.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
