Error connecting to server

Trying to unlock a Novatel Mifi 2372, keep getting the above error. Deleted Winpcap, unblocked the firewall, closed down anti virus, still no luck. Whats up? Credits are under the name ukeebikers.

Wrong username or password was entered too many times so you were blocked.
Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect with username and password which you receive to your email address after buying credits.
