I have two vygis boxes both cannot connect to your server. Im trying to unlock Huawei U8510 phone but always error connecting to server. Im using latest latest update of DC-Unlocker. Before all is working fine. Please check my vygis ID: 01089E68 & 00013F0A if blocked by your server.

01089E68 - no such dongle ID in our system. Please double check if you wrote it correctly.
00013F0A - Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

No such dongle ID in our system. Try to do this:
Connect dongle to computer, launch DC-Unlocker, go to Server tab, click "Check login". Copy here what dongle ID DC-Unlocker shows.
Still Error connecting to server! I already turned off my AV and firewall. But seems not help to sort my problem.
Here are no block on your dongle ID. Please write your IP address that you are using to connect, then we could check more.
