using dc unlocker software my system get hang.......pls help

when i am using dc unlocker software my system get hang then blink

blue light then restart....

pls help what to do

Try to use older dc-unlocker version.
Try to run as administrator.
Try to run in xp compatibility mode if you use windows 7.
Try other computer.
