Server conection error

Hi everytime I try to connect to server once the phone Vodaphone 858 is connected and recognised and when I try to log in using my information from buying 10 credits via sms I get a "error connecting to server" message.

Norton 360 disabled while trying to connect

No dongle....credits via SMS

IP address 94.11.11.218

Wrong username or password was entered too many times so you were blocked. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.
