Here is no block on your username, our servers are working fine.
Could you write your IP address that you are using to connect? Maybe server is blocking your IP.

Also, please check this:

Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.

Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.
