I have purchased the dongle 15days back till the date iam not able to Install it,The dongle is Not Detacting In usb,i was tested 3MORE Computers,pls help me to resolve the issue

What do you mean you are no able to install it? You need to connect it to computer and drivers should install automatically. Then you need to download DC-Unlocker software and use it.

Does computer even react that the dongle is connected? I mean, do you hear any "beep" sound?
What does windows say, after you connect dongle?
