    Vygis connection problem

    Hello Team, pls help me:

    my vygis card is no longer working. Always get PROTECTION CARD NO FOUND then i cant use vygis sw or even dc unlocker, no longer.

    Have been in touch with vygis team but they just dont reply me in how to replace my protection card.

    So please, tell me how can i use my dc unlocker license WITHOUT vygis interface?

    Sorry, but if your Vygis dongle is not working anymore, then you cannot use DC-Unlocker software as a "Vygis dongle user".
    You should contact Vygis support in order to fix problem with your dongle.

      tks for replying. Suppose i order a new vygis box (with a new serial of course), will u keep my vygis license?

        It is possible to transfer DC-Unlocker activation to other dongle if:
        - There are no permanent block on your old dongle.
        - If there are no serious reason of block for your old dongle.
        - If you prove us that you are the real owner of old dongle.

          Tks sir for prompt reply. I appreciate. Justīd love if vygis team could gimme such support like u here. My issue would be solved. Will try again with them as u can follow my thread here if u wish:
