credits removed before unlock - please refund

Hi guys,

I seem to have lost my credits when first using your system. I bought 10 credits which should have been enough to unlock a Sierra usb308 directly.

I hit the "unlock" button first - which told me that i didn't have enough credits so the device couldn't be unlocked. Then I entered my username and pwd, clicked "check login"; and then went back to unlock. It then advised that i didn't have enough credits

i.e. the system has deducted credits for an action not carried out

Would you mind please refunding my credits so I can try again?

You have no credits because payment is refunded.

Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.
