How many credits are needed for ZTE MF631 Unlock

Hi,

Wanting to unlock a ZTE MF631 internet dongle to allow me to use it on all 3G networks. Would be grateful if someone could tell me how much I should pay to use the DC Unlocked software for this model.

Would like to do it today at some point if possible, hence waiting for response. Also, where do I make payment and can I use Paypal to pay for the unlock credits?...
