Unable to purchase credits to unlock E1731 Modem

  • Unable to purchase credits to unlock E1731 Modem

    Hi, I am using Airtel 3G dongle. I want to purchase credits to unlock my dongle, however when I enter the Dongle serial number, it is giving the message : Bad dongle number.

    Could you help on this.

    Details are given below :

      I have followed the link : "http://www.dc-unlocker.com/e173cs1-d...lock-procedure" to unlock the modem, I have updated the firmware as well.

      However, I am struck during the username/password phase. Above web link, says that I should not give user id/password and proceed unlocking, however, it is failing.

      I am getting Error code : 63 (No username)

      Kindly find the screenshot attached.


      Kindly help to proceed further and unlock..

        I apologize... Actually, in Unlocking Tab, I have wrongly chosen the first option rather than 4th option.

        This time, I have chosen 4th option and even after clicking on "Do Job", I am getting error : No username !

          Need to buy credits as new user, not dongle user. Dongle is a hardware to dc-unlocker software, not your modem.
          Username and password to use dc-unlocker software you will receive after buy credits.
