" Your account is blocked"

Hello admin I recently purchased DC Unlocker activation. I downloaded and installed the latest version of the os and when I attempted to launch the program I received a message saying" Your account is blocked". I contacted the reseller and I was informed that my account was blocked because I did not paid your order in some other shop. I have no idea what the reseller is talking about and I would like to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.Please help me as I am in desperate need for the tool.Thanks Best regards.

Contact your reseller where you have bought dongle. Sorry, we can not help here until reseller confirm that we can unblock.
